How our service works
This site is not a playground company. It is a small, free service that helps schools, academies, trusts and PTAs across the UK find a firm to design and install outdoor play equipment, and this page explains exactly how that works.
Fill in the form
Where the school is, who the space is for, the rough size and budget, your funding route and timing, and the best way to reach you.
We search for an installer
One that works in your region and has put in the kind of equipment or surfacing your brief describes.
You hear who it is
Normally within one working day, with the firm’s name. Your brief stays with us until you tell us to send it.
Visit, layout and price
The installer walks the playground, draws a layout and gives a price. The order, if you place one, is between the school and that firm.
What this site is not
It is not a playground manufacturer, designer or installer, and it is unconnected to any business with a name resembling ours.
Things we do not do
- Charge the school, the PTA or you anything.
- Send your brief to any firm before you agree, or to several firms at once.
- Give a price for your scheme. Only an installer who has seen the playground can.
- Put you on a newsletter or marketing list.
Who pays for it
The installer pays us when we introduce a school to them. The school pays us nothing at any stage.
About our prices and guides
The budget figures on this site come from council price schedules, published price lists and public contract awards, and each page says where they come from. They help you set a budget or a fundraising target; they are not a quote. Our notes on standards, inspections and funding are general guidance, not legal or procurement advice.

Tell us about your play space
Three short steps: where the school is, what you have in mind, and how to reach you. It takes about two minutes.
This is a free matching service, not a play equipment installer. We tell you which installer we have found before they see your brief.
Thanks, your enquiry is in.
- Within one working day we email or phone with the name of a play equipment installer working in your region.
- The brief goes to them once you confirm.
- They visit, talk through the space and give you a design and a fixed price. No marketing from us, ever.
